Hi Tony 

No problems at all - runs very well, first pull always starts nearly a year old now  :o

Due a service must have done over a hundred hours. Very powerful and supplied with good kit. Ie lance etc..

I went for 3/8 2 wire hose, far too heavy mainly use 5/16 single wire now.

Other considerations would be a trigger with proper swivel joint you get lots of twists in the hose on standard quick release fittings.

Backup service and customer service are 10 out of 10

Yes, everything residential and commercial

But I have yet to do gum removal or any really fancy stuff like the big boys on the general section, so if you don't need hot this is an excellent piece of kit
