I had a gutter clean to do today. Not one of my customers although they've begged me to take it on! I still use ladders from time to time and whilst up there I looked at the cills. This is cleaned regularly by a local wfp operator who has been going for years. He doesn't carry ladders and is probably totally oblivious to the lack of quality in his 'workmanship'.I would imagine the whole of his round is in the same state. Maybe some of mine are like it too?

??? seriously, this guy covers a big estate near me but can't be arsed with the gutter cleans hence muggins gets all the donkey work. They have been cleaned like this for possibly nine years. I don't check my own customers upper cills very often - I'd be pretty gutted to find they looked like that to be honest - you just don't know.

No, far from it I did them as a favour years ago and get stuck with them every year - hate them I really do.

I think he's a glass only WFP er.
Look higher than the cill.......actually the bottom of the frame is green.
Not a good operator. You could see that algae from the ground, unless your standing far too close to the glass.
I get to check a lot of mine and most are fine. NONE have been like that thankfully.

dave you dont have to do them mate.i used to offer gutter clearing years ago.i always hated doing them.no need now with wfp.plenty of work with existing window cleaning jobs and the wfp add ons(outside g/f/s,conny roofs and solar panels).
i get asked nearly every week.i just say i dont offer this service anymore due to a ladder fall(i have fell off twice in 21 years!) ;) :)

Dave not being funny but he's cleaning the windows and your getting the donkey work
as you put it.
Maybe you need to ask this guy for some tips.
I don't think he's oblivious to the lack of quality he just doesn't care and in
my experience these are the types of people who make the most money in this game.
Come on man your standing on top of a ladder risking life and limb cleaning gutters for ingrates
who cant even be bothered to get you to clean their windows.
The price I would have quoted to do the job would have soon put them off begging.
