been eyeing up some newly built flats to start my forray into wfp . it seems that most window cleaning looked after by management companies, has anyone else come across this , and have you given up or persevered . and how succesfull ?

The same chance as getting any other type of work. You will be expected to be fully legal and 'business like' though. Health & Safety gumph, risk and method statements etc. Getting in with a facilities/management company can take you a long way up the serious dough path. Good luck.
