good job mate, i think you got your pricing about right there to be honest, its all down to how long it took you really.
-
thanks p1w1....
took me just under 2 hrs
-
good job mate, and a good price, i charge between 40 and 60 for them, will maybe up it a bit in future
-
thanks p1w1....
took me just under 2 hrs
worked out well then..you will only get quicker at them as well so i would stick with that sort of pricing
-
Really nice job. Did you dilute the virosol and by how much?
-
yes i diluted it 50/50 and sprayed it on. left it to sit for 5mins
-
Nice.
Pics like that look great on a website.
Pricing-there or thereabouts.
-
That's an excellent job. I have my first conservatory to do on Monday. Does it matter if you dilute virosol in pure or tap water?
Cheers,
Steve

Nice Job will nick a couple for my website when I get round to building it..
I only cleaned 2 connys up to now.
About the virosl mix.. someone on here advised me to use at 24 : 1 which I did and it cleaned well.
I would see what they say on here before you make your mind up about 50:50 mix. there is a lad on here who does em regular if I can remember his name will post back.

Great Job done Tony, looks fantastic, hopefully you will get a lot of referals from it. :)

50/50 ????
Sounds a bit strong to me ??
But never used virosol only TFR
Is virosol weaker ??
-
Never used tfr. Ratio suggests 1 part to 50/100 on general cleaning and 200 on light cleaning. So perhaps I did go ott ;D

Morning Tony
Looks great mate. Where did you buy it as I can't find any local places that stock virosol and I've got a couple of roofs to this week? Always used TFR but I get a range of results. Wouldn't mind giving it a try. TFR always worries me a bit when they've got pets and manicured gardens!!
Hope family are all well

What a $hit hole. I would've charged danger money for that. £85 is a give away.
Came up well. Good job.

Good Price.
Good Job.
I may have asked for the £85 upfront though :-X :-X ;D
-
Good price and good time that's just about spot on in my book for 1 man on the job, and looks a little challenging as well :D
50/50 is a little strong but better that than too weak and spend extra time scrubbing
I use it at around 25% for conny's, SFG and cladding cleans
Top marks

Excellent job, good pricing. Well done, still amazes me how good connies can look after a proper cleaning job. Customer must have been delighted? ;)
