i dont really want to go to the doctors as anti biotics dont work most of the time.

I've had this a few times usually stopping at bronchitis and on one occasion just short of pneumonia !
Get it sorted because potentially it will just get worse until you're incapacitated.
Antibiotics don't seem to work with me either but you might be able to sort with about seven days worth of steroids.
Worked for me within 24 hours.
Hope you feel better soon.

I would go and get some anti biotics daz, I had the chest infection nearly 3 weeks ago, but waited a week till I went to docs, I'm still struggling now, got no energy and taking my asthma spray a few times an hour.

Never been so sick except for this year, cold, FLU, eardrum burst, another cold.  and I take vitamins every day (double dose) and it makes no difference.

If you have a virus antibiotics wont work,if you suspect bronchitis
then go to the quacks then antibiotics wll be prescribed.

I recomend a hot curry a bottle of day/night nurse to ease symptons
and get your bird round and give a good backscuttling, happy times
are meant for sharing ;D

A few sofa days and you should right as ninepence! ;)

That's nothing. I died last week but still went to work the next day. Customers could not really tell the difference as I often go to work when I feel under the weather. Starting to feel better now though - btw antibiotics are for wimps.

Yep, i'm so much better now that i just feel like i have a heavy cold. Can't beat lazing on the couch watching TV when its pouring down with rain outside. Well you can but not many women let you do that backscuttering thing willy nilly all day, so the couch it is !!    ;D

I'm feeling fantastic; nearly finished week  4 of the 63 day Insanity training program and meeting up with a couple of runners tomorrow to run 13 miles through the Wye Valley.

I hope that's made you sickies feel better.

You'll find the vast majority of people who're sat in a doc's surgery with knee and ankle problems are the ones who're overweight.

And it's not purely a mechanical problem either; overweight people tend to suffer with arthritis more - not just in their weight bearing joints - but in places like their fingers.

There's evidence to show that the body likes impact (the kind you get from running).  It increases bone density and encourages the growth of new cartilage.

So there!
