Just got a cracking result! All thanks to Jamie Pearson, I've used Chemspec odour kill plus for years without ever realising that it could be used in encap cleaning ! Anyway ive just cleaned three small self contained flats in a sheltered acomodation , used ODK plus through Chemstractor with buff pad
Cracking result!
Thanks for your sound advice Jamie

What percentage of Kill Odour did you add Stuart?
-
10 to 1
-
Stuart were you using it for a specific problem ( did the rooms stink of pee?) or just to give a residual clean smell when you had finished.
-
Mike
yes mate it stunk of Pee, absolutely horrible and so bad I had to wear a mask! Carpet cleaned up a treat though and apparently when it is post vacked it will re-activate the Odour kill plus and give off the fragrance!
Bye the way the carpet was that bad before cleaning the care staff couldn't even push vacume floor tools a cross the carpet as it would stick to the floor ! Yuk

Stuart did you add Kill odour plus into a encamp product or just on its own?. If you add to which encamp product.

Odour kill plus is an Encap
and that is from the horses mouth ! Richard Sudall

Shame Chemspec don't advertise it on there sites as an Encap product. Kill Odour plus is what I'am referring to, I take it the same as Odour kill plus that you say.

The very same David, I have used it for years but never as an encap untill a few days ago

Has anyone tried Chemspec DFC 105 for low moisture cleaning.

I have loads of encapp chems, the reason for using kill odour plus is the fact it removes odours and it cleans at the same time
-
And a lot cheaper than other encap products.
