Barbecue lighter gel

prochem bazooka

I've always used a hand held steam gum, that removes most of it, then a towel with a tad of citrus spotter to remove residue

As per Stuart. Hand held steamer, agitate with the steam and then towel it off with citrus gel, prochem solvex or low odour white spirit.

Thank you very much personally I think I have given you the best advice most definently better than lighter fluid but then I've not tried that so wont knock it to buy a hand held steamer and chewing gum remover to remove one bit of chewing gum you would be better asking if there were any carpet cleaners on here local to you who could have helped you in return for a window or gutter clean

I will only remove small amounts of gum because it's a pain in the arse to do masses of the stuff.
How do you price it up, by the spot or just guess how long it's going to take?
Years ago I did a modelzone shop riddled with the stuff and even though I made good money from it, I wouldn't want to spend so long doing that again.
Nowadays , if there's a lot of it , my quotes are too high to get the job.

Unless there is a super fast way of removing it ;)

I don't suppose you'd care to expand on that Mr M?
