What would everyone do to clean this other than turbo nozzle and Fsc ie would you use chemicals it has quite a few weeds

Fsc as normal and turbo if any is left.

Turbo nozzle from the get go.

Shouldn't need any chems unless you have oil stains then I would pre treat them with ot8 - that will come up lovely

residual weedkill week before.
turbo weeds out on day.
hypo lichen if needed , probably not.
rotary whats left.
turbo edges etc.
rinse.
weedkill  just before resanding.
resand.
collect money
book in for next year.

Turbo nozzle the lot. 1/2 an hour packed up and gone ;)

Hmmm, I'm intrigued by the turboing weeds first, then fsc the rest.

I have always fsc then turboed weeds, but I'm gonna try the above method, it does sound a lot less messy.
