They are ok for walking, but they are not 'properly' waterproof, and certainly wont keep your feet dry for long whilst cleaning windows.

Karrimor used to be good some years back; I still have one of their daysacks that has been around the world with me, and it's still in good nick and regularly used, but it was taken over by a Chinese company and the quality of their products is absolutely abysmal.  Well the cheaper end stuff like those shoes - I don't know about their more expensive stuff.

Went into Dickies outlet store an hour ago to get some new work boots. Great big display on the wall  .............. only they don't actually keep any in stock  ::)roll

Most of their boots had the usual 'Made In China' label on them.
