Are you sure it wasn't cam belt and not chain?

deffo cam chain it snapped in half seen it with my own eyes lol not a BELT :)

Ah, just googled it
I wanted the reg to see if its worth putting a recon engine it, the site wanted the reg and it didn't recognize it depending on the price it worth buying

The reg bit won't be updated as it's in the process of a reg plate transfer.

BUT

Today I got the v5c back on the old 2006 plate. So all good.

I know it's not worth 2k the idea is people make offers. But then someone may 2k if they have an engine for it lol

why dont you get another engine dropped in it yourself? or does it have other problems as well?

Can't you just insert pedals in the van floor and do like the flintstones do ? It would keep you fit, good for the environment & you would save a fortune in diesel !  ;)

Maybe, who knows. Got my new van now anyway.
