Hi everyone.
Just a thing I've had this week. Two employees of mine have had new tax codes issued to them since the new tax year. My accountant sorts the payroll for me and I didn't notice the change of tax code on their wage slips. I just printed them off and handed them out. Little did I know that I had been paying them too much, I wasn't taking enough tax out of their wages. We are now rectifying the situation 8 weeks after the change.
It soon mounts up if the above happens to you so it's better to check now and notice like we did rather than notice in January and have to sort it all out then.
It was a little lax of me I suppose, but I hope the above helps someone out. :)
