Title: Permit wfp usage

I ,ve had various phone calls with regards to the Ban being imposed the 3rd week in April with regard to using water for non necessary purposes.
In my line of business like so many others I have no choice,
we are stuck between a rock and a hard place we can,t use our ladders and we can,t use the water, also I.ve been told that we will also need a permit for using the WFP system.
Does anyone know a solution to this.
