I was looking this morning and thought how much equipment I've got at one time in the van. Does everyone else have a lot of equipment for "just in case" jobs / problems. I've got:
Honda 11hp jet wash
Honda 6.5hp jet wash (bin cleaning)
280l tank
500l lay flat tank
Water fed poles
Trolley for wfp
A few 25l Pure water containers
Step ladders
Drain camera
Drain rods- steel, plastic and flexi spings
Drain attachments
Drain jetting heads
About 50m spare high pressure pipe
Wheelie bin for water - drive cleaning
30m high pressure pipe
Cone lance
Straight lance
Variable lance
Air pro action camera
Spare pole for camera
Crow bars
Bolt cutter
Drain lifters
Plunger
Safety signs
Small cones
Cone flashing beacons
12v work light
Petrol / diesel cans
Low pressure pipe
Wellies and water proofs
Vaccum
Stand pipe
Safety equipment - helmit, back support, gloves, googles
Mop and bucket
Cleaning cloths
Chemicals
Fire extinguishersx3
Litter pickers
Whirl away and grease gun
Spare clothes
Rams, coshh sheets, msds
Nitrile gloves
Phone charger
External battery pack
Kettle
Torches
Safety boots
Payment slips
Leaflets and backpack
Air fresheners
Light bulbs
And a few other bits and pieces
And that's only what I have now I have had more like a generator, boiler, scaffolding tower (on the trailer) water pump, a load of barriers, cones and signs.

Do you drive a van or an articulated lorry Ashley! :o
-
Do the bolt cutters come in handy?
-
Wouldn't be advertising that lot in the van, especially with your website, and address showing ! ;D
-
Just a transit van it stacked high though!
They do every so often, one the other week i had to get to a back garden for a drain but their small lock had rusted shut.
It's parked on the drive at night, with 6ft high gates padlocked and with CCTV watching and alarms so should be safe :)
-
Jeez em I hope you have it stacked neat and tidy otherwise all that lot would drive me up the wall

Its too late to spin that old one Ashley! Dont go to sleep tonight , theyll be lurking!

Yes it's pritty safe though, I get email alerts every time someone comes into the garden and it records everything. There's 9 cameras in total so should get a good luck. Even if anyone did manage to get over the fence (which has prikka spikes on top) they've then gotta move the car from against the gates, cut the locks off break Into the van to nick anything. By that time the alarms would be going off and camera shots would be recorded and emailed to me as well :)

Well you've set me a challenge Ashley. I'll do my best .....
-
I'll look forward to seeing you later ...
-
Ashley, i carry what i need for each day.
Pressure washing days i have it all on a new IFor Williams twin axle trailer

I like everthing in its place . I think i suffer with OCD ;D Ed

I swap some of the things over like the jet wash with carpet cleaner or extra water for window cleaning but tend to leave all the little bits like drain rods and any tools in there.
I try to have a place for everything and keep it as tidy as I can
If it isn't kept that tidy it's hard to get to certain bits of equipment :)

Aqua - I like your little arms on the reel 😃
Your idea, and did you make them yourself??
Darran
-
Darren, yes i spec this design and Pure Freedom engineered them. I can extend the arms to the rear doors and can swivel the hose any direction without snagging on reel or bodywork.
Also when reeling in , the hose is aligned and speeds wrapping up alot quicker.
The two yellow wheels also help to reduce excess dirt and water on the hose getting in the van .

That I must say is a very cool solution to guiding in a hose.
Should I ask how much they cost?
Darran
-
Darren , got them Feb 13 , £ with the system all together .
Sorry , would have to go into the accounts file .

No worries mate

transit t350
front section, pressure washer, wheelie bin, pump, lances hoses etc
mid section is racked out and I store all my pest control gear.
rear section, pure freedom trolley, barrels and trad gear
thinking of sticking a 600L Ibc tank over the rear axl tho and using it to get me ahead on my pressure washing days, rinse out and fill with pure on heavy window cleaning weeks
