Title: looking pay

am looking for someone from 16 to old lol
but i dont mind who but i need someone good with ladders
but do i pay up to £60 a day or do i pay National minimum wage
i really dont know what to pay or do at the mo.

I know someone who employed someone at 17 as an aprentice paying £150 and he is still with him now on full wage!! Great little worker, give them incentives for saturday work conservatorys etc, tell them they can have half of any extras they get pick up themseleves

just remember, if they're working for you and they come off them ladders, you're liable, especially if they're not in full fall arrest gear.

Graham would you mind pointing out any hse regulations where full fall arrest is a must with portable ladders?
