I have a CLX27 and a couple of times now the hose inside the pole has very slightly come out of the push in connector resulting in a wet right leg!!!
I've cured it by removing the short length of red hose joined via this connector to the yellow pole hose and pushed the yellow hose straight in to the push in connector feeding the jets.
Now, am I being a bit thick as I can't for the life of me suss out what this little length of red hose is for.
The pole wotks as good as ever but without the risk of a soaking.

I'm sorry you've completely lost me! ???

it makes it easier to change brush heads :)

Inside the pole the yellow hose attaches to a short piece of red hose with a push in connector.
When the hose is pulled a bit tight it can come out slightly which causes a leak.
I've simply removed the red hose as it seemed a bit pointless it being there in the first place.
I hope I'm not wrong haha!!!!

How?
The yellow hose is now in the push fit connector up by the jets instead of thr red.

How? I removed mine too as it kept catching and seemed pointless.

This short bit of hose is to allow you to quickly change gooseneck assemblies. Some people do this a lot during the day. Just pull the gooseneck out of the pole, disconnect the connector, swap goosenecks and brush head and reconnect pole hose.
However if you do not swap goosenecks ever then it can be done away with.

Yep it's a lot easier with the extra hose for me

Need to be using barbed JG connectors and pole hose.
I charge g necks and brushes constantly to make the cleaning of what I am doing the easiest and fastest.
That's why I carry 13 brushes now and have adapted them for parts of my rounds.

13 brushes!!!!!!

You can use one/two brushes to do every type of glass/window. But i have made certain brushes for certain windows with certain jets/fan jets :)
