Title: No waste when filling up

Hi I have just put a new 40/40 ro membrane in,turned water on to fill up,it's going into tank ok but there's nothing coming out of waste pipe,any suggestions thanks dale

There should be a tap or lever that you turn in order to let the waste water flow out! Yours is obviously closed !!!!!
