Hi guys been cleaning all day today with my water at 20 tds!
Only realised when checked water tonight for tomorrow's work,
Anyone else ever cleaned with a tds this high?
Don't fancy going back to reclean all work!

Id be very surprised if the glass was spotted or streaked at 20 TDS. Im sure youll be fine.....

Unless poor frames or seals,you should be fine.
I was using 38ppm today no issues at all :)

Do the windows dry ok when water is 0.38 tds Gary ?
If so might not change my resin so often!
I usually change it when it gets to 0.05 tds

don't listen Gary, you are safe up to 10ppm, don't take any risk after that.

The difference between 000ppm and 10ppm if you need a safety
net is so small it makes no difference at all,remember we are talking
about parts per million.
Personally i find i can use up to 20ppm without even a second
glance.
when it goes above 30ppm i start getting a bit more wary especially
on property with poor frames seals etc and will stick a blade on a pole
and ive a basic drying.
Others have tried this and have had masses of problems,this is
as another member on here put it likely down to the quality of tap
water mines excellent in birmingham lovely and soft from wales.
one thing i will say is when the water is over 30ppm there is
a difference in cleaning power compared to low tds or zero.
If you are a bit skittish about these things stick to the safety
net.

I've worked with 22 tds before windows were fine I usually change resin around 10 though.

Checked a few houses from yesterday and all seems ok, no spotting at all!
Makes me more confident in using an higher tds!
