Clean fascias and gutters . Did one today old custy who's been on my case about 2 years to do it ;Dnot done any for about 5 years I always turn em down , now I remember why . It was the hardest , filthiest , poxiest back breaking hour I've ever done . The only good thing about it was when I started back on the windows it made me realise how easy they are . ;D never again ,

I'm with you there bud, that is exactly why i don't do them. And don't forget the fact that your neck will be in bits for the next day or two

Neat 400:1 ratio TFR, leave for 5mins then pressure wash off using a power lance. Easy Peasy....

love them did two fascia and one con roof today, hardwork
yes four and halfs work and a really good days takings
I would happy doing 3 or 4 of these a day every day
four to 5 hours a day working max
-
yes they are hard work but worth it money wise.i aim for £50-£60 an hour on add on jobs and usually achieve it.(f/s/g cleans, conny roofs and solar panels)
slip one in at the end of your days work and it boosts your days takings a fair bit.if you earn an extra £2,000-£3,000 in add ons in the spring/summer months itll pay for a nice little holiday abroad! ;)
thats how i look at it anyway. ;D
also job satisfaction is higher and customers always seem very pleased!! ;)

Quite right.
I've now got a deal with DTM. Any gutters/fascias/vacs he does on a Friday and he gets 80%, I get 20%. I tell him he can price it how he likes and he now rarely quotes less than £100 for a 3 bed semi and an extra £50 for gutter vacuuming. We only get about half the jobs but he's a happy bunny earning say £80 in 3 hours and I get £20 which covers my costs.
Custy's happy DtM's happy and I'm happy I don't do my neck in.

Necprotech - that looks an excellent idea for wfp - who else on here uses them?
