Pulling into a job to quote and the window cleaner pulls out of the job.

I got asked to do a quote once, turned up at the house, did notice an astra estate sitting in front of me with ladders on the roof, but never really thought much of it. Anyway, i knocks at the door, and while waiting, a guy gets out of the astra, bucket, squeegee, etc, looks at my van and comes up the drive. Gives me a look (my van is sign written, so it was obvious i was a window cleaner) , and starts cleaning the windows. Nobody cane to the door, so i made off, feeling more than a little uncomfortable.
