Van is about 14/15/16K depending on where you buy it from private vs dealer vs vw

The system is ok, nothing special, so its kinda on the money, not saving anything really.

Don't know where you buy your vans from but I've just seen this 11 plate Transporter on Autotrader for £11,000!

A its a T28 not a T30 so the payload will be less than a 1000kg, probably around 996kg. T28'S and below are easy to find. T30's and T32's are very hard to find at a decent price. With the extra roof as well the payload will be less than a standard T28

B its plus vat. So that's just over £13,000

C Its a high roof model, although better value nobody wants them as they look ugly as sin.

Go to autotrader.

1100kg payload

2010 onwards

30,000 miles or less

VW T5

Then have a look

Dropping the payload to 1000kg or below you will see the price drop from 14,000 lowest down to £12,000 lowest.

Otherwise you might as well come on here and say you have found a Vw T5 for £7,000, 29,000 miles t26 2008 model.

Having searched for nearly 4 month on replacing one of our vans i do tend know a little about vw t5's

In the end due to load design, payload and residual value i decided against a VW T5

If you are desperate to have a VW, then i suppose it is ok price wise.

If you are not too bothered about the badge, then no, not a particularly good buy, too expensive!.

I'm currently looking for a despatch or expert 2.0 60 plate or newer! My budget is £6,000.
