..... Make sure you sort out your customer database out and get organised from day one unlike me where I am having to go through years and years of past diary's and put it all on a database before I can even start marketing to them.

It's the one thing I have neglected and am I regretting it now!

Same here. Only got 27 years worth of diaries to catch up on!! :D
