...you claim the cost back as a tax deductible item, im thinking of have my van waxed, polished etc, is it claimable

You can claim to have it cleaned, many companies have their fleet cleaned at a cost.

However, if you are going to claim £1000's then the tax man may not except the full cost, esp. If your roller and Ferrari appear to be in concours condition

i suppose its vehicle maintenance so cant see why not, but i'm no expert

i think it would be twice a year thing, i tend to wash it myself on a weekly basis, using PURIFIED  WATER FOR BEST RESULTS ;) ;) ;) but thought i would get polished professionally every now and then

I waxed mine just before the winter and it made a huge difference. It needs re doing though.

I used that do do juice. Bloody awesome! Do it ya self ya lazy bugger

I was terrible at washing the van down, but now they are cleaned everyday as part of the guys duties.  8)

How do use wax around sign writing ?? Doesnt it leave white marks everywere

Just avoid the rust and the bit where it says "Escort" and you'll be fine.

I thought the polish would leave them

Found it best to use carnauba wax as it plant based and not synthetic. It doesn't mess up the writing and goes on in layers.
