Title: prochem steempro leak

Hi guys,

i have been on to my local supplier who seems to think its my pump...it is not.
the small leak is at the very bottom corner of the waste tank and only when nearly full.
it seems there are tiny holes at both corners where the waste and clean tanks meet but this is normal i think.
any experience with this.

i have the same machine and mine does the same thing, i only 3/4 fill the front tank and when thats gone through i empty the waste then it dosent run out the bottom its not fixed the problem but it has stopped it

Had a similar problem and found that the hose from the pump was leaking from the jubilee clip just before it's attached to the female brass connector .
The leak dripped into the well and leaked from the hole you mention.
Just check all your hose connections.
