Title: who snores ?
Post by: gwrightson on May 07, 2014, 03:15:41 pm

Apparently , I snore quite heavily , to the point none of my mates will share a room whilst away on golfing breaks etc. her indoors is always sending me off to the spare room in the middle of the night ;D .

You may have seen the latest product been advertised on tv Nytol anti snoring spray, so decided to give it a try.

I did manage to get hold of some from boots after numerous visits, they kept running out of stock ::)roll

My thoughts on the product , well her indoors view,  although been only 3 nights every night  has been quite!!
as if I would know ;) so it would seem its a product with remarkable effectiveness .

I don't like the fact you spray into the back of your throat which then foams up but I,m sure that I will soon get used to that.

Any body else tried it ? or thinking of trying, if so what were your thoughts ?

You may have sleep apnoea, I've got this and have to wear a mask that blows air through my nose while I'm asleep.
Go to your doctor to get it checked out.
You could be at risk of a stroke if it's not treated.

And I suppose its common to have snoring as the cause of death on coroners reports  ;D I snore, so does my missus and both kids - I'll ring the undertakers and see if I can get a deal on 4 coffins  ;D

When they carried out my tests I stopped breathing about 170 times throughout the night, that's why I have to wear the mask every time I sleep.
It only came about cos my missus kept moaning at me about my snoring.
