Title: do you let bad payers know why have removed them

dose any body tell custys why you have removed them from your list .i had one the other day.so i just said the gate is always locked ,its very flimsy to get over .and i find it difficult to get payment,i wouldent mind its only a fiver.the gate issue as been disscused on a few occations.it had been going on for a long while.

No, I don't tell them now. I used to, but decided it was a waste of time.

Bad payers are told:

Chasing payment from you every time is not cost effective, if you want us to continue cleaning your windows you'll need to sign up to direct debit.

They then either become good payers or excustomers.
