Title: solvent extractor
Post by: Emil Dinev on May 02, 2014, 03:30:34 pm
Hey guys, I have been increasingly doing dry cleaning to fine curtains/upholstery in recent months. So I have been thinking of buying a solvent extractor. I have look into the altec's sahara. Has anyone got any experience with it or can you recommend an alternative?

Cheers
Emil

I have a US Products machine with only 11 hours on it available.

A customer also has a Stimvak Toto with solvent capability who is only looking for a couple of hundred pounds. His wont be available until End of June though.

Everything is there including carry case for tool heads and hoses.

We would need £2000 + VAT for the machine.

I would throw in a case (20l) of Dry Cleaning Product to get you started with it and next day shipping .

Extracta  used to sell one called a Spirit, not sure if they still do, but you can allways give them a ring, nowhere near £2000 plus vat I dont think as there top end mschine isnt much more than that, but it probably wont compare in quality either

No problem. I will let you know when we have the other machine in.

Guy is away travelling this month but will bring in early June.

Just in case you still have a need then.

i have used an alltec sahara and still have one. There is a market for dry cleanlng curtains in situ by dry cleaning , I personaly really dislike doing them and eased this service out of my marketing. Post if you would be interested in the sahara and we can talk. cheers
