Dies anybody use any kind of software for there customers? I'm sick of sorting through old diaries to find out prices I charged repeats... looking for a nice bit of software or app that I can just search through and bring up their profile... also would be handy for doing mailshots etc maybe in the future?
Would be nice if I could tie the invoicing in with it aswell... also could use it for my turn over and incoming / outgoing.....
If anyone knows or could recommend one I would like to know guys
Thanks

Search rob Morgan
He's developed a program called cleaner planner, bulk emailing, payment integration, texting, scheduling etc..
All on the window cleaning section
If that's a bit too involved buy WCP (window cleaning pro) a good data base program for organising your biz. 1 off fee, it's just a little limited for anything larger than 1 man band companies.
Both have a 45 day free trial
CP is absolutely brilliant tho !!

I've been looking for something similar Lee.
Might have to try them suggestions Smudger

Lee, check out VT cashbook for your incoming/outgoing. Its like a spreadsheet for your accounts. Really easy to use. My accountant put me onto it. You just enter in your invoices/receipts and it keeps track of everything. All i do is save the file at the end of the year and send it to him.
Kjow what you mean about old diaries, had to do that a couple of times in the last week!

Cleaners mate and get booked up. Both have free trials and both developed by carpet cleaners but can be utilised for anything as I do.

Do they come in app format for android so I can do it on my phone too?
Thanks
-
No they don't have an app, at least I don't think.

We have a number of people in the UK using our software. It will track all your customer information as well as all your leads (so you don't need a separate CRM program). It has job scheduling, multiple calendars, payroll, invoicing, etc built in. Also has mapping, text messaging and built-in credit card processing. Interested in interfacing with the Royal mail Post Copde database? We can offer that too. See http://www.thoughtfulsystems.com/
It also has a mobile app that works in conjunction with it. it runs on Android or Apple devices. See https://www.scheduling-manager.com/mobile.htm for more details

CleanerPlanner has an app.

How much do these programs cost?
-
Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated, I'm loving the cleaners mate program, very impressive, however the downside is theres no app!!!
Do you know if an app is due to come out for it, we are in the 21st century and it would make sense to run an app alongside it as most people just use their phones these days...
;D

Cleaners mate is great. Very simple to use and once set up even easier.
Kev Loomes a carpet cleaner is the designer/owner.
A very helpful guy so send him an email or phone him. He always helps out when needed.
I don't think an app is necessary really, I only ever update when I get back in the office, It would be good to glance at but I wouldn't update whilst out at work, I just use a paper diary and then transfer when home.
