My Blazer primes perfectly but will not pull any chemicals once I turn the chemical flow valve to the `on` position and pull the wand trigger. saving me a fortune in chemicals but would be nice to have it working. Any ideas anyone.
Cheers

Don't use it then.

Sounds like one of my answers!! ;D

Hang on a minute.......................Nope its gone again ;D

Either your chemical selector valve is defective and only allowing prime or off
Or the metering valve is knackered
Have you tried turning the metering valve off zero, Clive? - it helps ;)
-
Right - I`m not taking any more of this!!
I`m off to world of clean!!! >:(

I wish I had never taken the pee now!!
My boxxer 421 is priming ok but the float valve is not returning to zero, it seems to be using too much chemical now any ideas ????

No. ;D

Chemical check valve will be stuck open.
No 22 on the picture, similar to the check valves in your pump

I would go for 25 ;)

If it was 25 it wouldn't prime, if a check valve is stuck open it will flow too much chemical.

Just to add it stays at about 4gpm and if i turn it down it seems to go up?

Ha Ha - just seen that diagram. Thats what the inside of Bob`s head looks like!! :D

Bob sounds like either your diaphragm is split forcing chemical directly into the pump head or the 3/8th check valve behind the solution outlet has failed allowing chemical to back feed into the system.
Clive it could be the diaphragm gone all gooey (technical term) something under the check valves or air being drawn into the chemical system through a loose or split fitting.
Hope this helps
