bought a pure freedom trolly about 18 months ago , had a little play with it for a day or two so must of been in use for about a hour or so in its lifetime , anyway last week I got it out again [ to do my windows , save goin on van ] obviously battery was flat after so long in cuboard so I charged it up for a day no joy so I charged it again and still no power ...any one got any idea why my 600 pound trolly wont work ??? ???
-
did you check the fuse, it could have corroded over time.
other than that, get a volt meter and check that power is getting through.
-
Yup I agree, it's a connection or charger / battery problem, I had one for a year and it was pretty bomb proof
-
Why did you buy a trolly for that much then not use it ?
-
when I put charger on the green light was on , so it looks like charger is fine ???

Probably the battery is knackered. It would gone flat, and they do not like being left flat.
Try an intelligent charger (like a ctek) to see if you can breath life back into it.

You need to charge the battery with a car battery charger for 4-5 hours to get some life back into it. The supplied charger is only a trickle charger.. not got enough guts to charge a completely flat battery. 4-5 hours on car battery charger then whack on the trickle charger. Hope this helps :)

batteries hate not been charged on a regular basis. it will be dead. they need charging every month at least.
ill give you £200 for it

had my battery 3 years not used much take battery of and charge it with car battery over night should be good to go.only problem I had to take the back wheel of to get battery out
-
Paul take the battery out an drop it at ours. I've got a ctek charger that may breathe some life back into it. If lend you it but I use it most nights so you'll have to get it back sharpish

The have a controller don't they? I would wire strait to the battery first to eliminate the controller fuse etc
