Title: pasing on your bisness down to your son

Hi every one
 I've got to the point where I need to step down from window cleaning.
I'd like to pass down to my son who's already got some work from me.
What is a reasonable % to give him in.

I would have thought you would have given him all the work then he pays you say 15-25% ?
