I wrote on here the other day about gooseneck on my CLX27 being very hard to take out and put in and Alex Gardiner replied that if I email him my details he'd have a replacement sent to me.
Well it arrived this morning as promised, two days after the email was sent ;D
Thank you Alex; I guess that is why once you buy from Gardiners you never shop elsewhere!!!

imo great products and great customer service!
I had a prob with my backpack, sent him an e-mail the saturday on easter week end, didn't expect a reply before tuesday, he did reply saturday.sunday and monday bank holiday,after 2 more e-mails from me!
top customer service, won't buy anywhere else! and nothing wrong with the backpack, was just the fuse, still going strong after 18 months ;)

I agree, wanted to change my order and he called me on a SUNDAY, the guy should be at home not working but its all about the great customer service and great products.
