Title: Getting jobs you don't want
Post by: sunshine windows on April 25, 2014, 10:32:02 pm
Don't you just love, when you put in a stupidly high price as you can't be bothered with gaining the work, only for them to turn around and say yes 8)

NO! I over priced a particular job 'cos I didn't want it. They accepted but I still don't want it!! I'm currently deciding how best to get out of it.  :-\

So you do do one offs?  ;D
And why go in cheap for a regular clean?

To do a proper job, that's 40 minutes minimum. They will be minging. I take the view that those that want one-offs should be gently educated that regular is the way to go. Pricing very high works well. ;)

I still don't really want it to  be honest, as it's mainly brand new wooden frames so I'm going to get my trad gear out.

But £50 every 2 months for around 25 mins work (not done it yet) I'll keep it.
