Title: Tweaking uploader

Have a pramac pw3000 diesel running at 15 ltrs and 2900 psi. How do I tweak the uploader and how much more flow does it achieve

none - it merely limits the pressure in the line, however pressure is inversely proportional to flow until limited

As carl says David, unloaders are pressure regulators, you can't get anymore flow than 15 litres from a 15 litre pump.
