What confuses me is how on earth does the camera lens get splashed on at 0:38 in the vid? Lol

It's been edited. It's not water. It's to obscure something. Like faces. He may have done it by mistake.

It's not me.
But, a few years ago...I stood on top if my van to get the extra few feet to the top of a window.
