Some poor sod with a tangled hose, immortalised on Google Earth.

All we need is for Alex to invent a four dimensional hose. It's impossible to tangle a four dimensional hose in three dimensions, as you'd just be able to pull it through any obstacle without it actually passing through it in any meaningful sense.
All you need is a hose that is movable in time as well as space. So, effectively, you'd just pull the hose through the space currently occupied by the wheelie bin wheel at a time when it wasn't there. In our pitiful three-dimensional perspective it would appear to pass through the wheel. A suitably temporally flexible hose would do the job.
Come on Alex, how hard can it be?

No, that would be daft. Just a time flexible hose. I'd do it but I'm too busy.

I have just had a sample of our new 4D Microbore™ hose delivered to my office today. It arrived 3 weeks before I had ordered it and 2 years before I had decided to invent it - great stuff :)
-
I'll order some next week for delivery four years ago and I'll always have been using it so I won't need to start this thread.

Spray all your hose with dry lube and it never gets caught on anything ;D
-
This fella doesn't have to worry about tangled hose. He just has to worry about where he has left all his ladders and steps. ;D
