just had  call which I prices 6mths ago windows  con roof gutter jobs. conversation starts you quoted for a few jobs a few months ago. I want to take you up on the quoted offer for 2 of the 3 jobs. I just replied sorry fully booked. I DID ENJOY SAYING THAT ;D ;D

Nope neither do I. Should she have to have all three jobs done or it's nothjng? Or is it because she left it so long and that isn't acceptable?

Why didn't you want the work when she had agreed to pay the quoted prices?
And why is she a snotty cow because she waited a few months to phone you back?

Just to clarify as my other half left some bits of info out.
She asked for a price to be posted through the door 6 months ago and said she would ring that night, she also wanted the job doing this week and the back garden was full of cat and dog poo lol! Only quoted in the first place because she caught me in the street. I did say to her we had some slots for gutter cleans next month but she didn't want to wait!

I had a similar one on wednesday,  she calls me every 6 months to clean inside and out.  But when I quoted her a year ago I needed the work and did a 3 bed in and out for £18..... 

I walked up to the house and thought to myself (how the hell was I making any money on this)

so I quoted her £34 and she nearly had a heart attack... so I just said "ok" and carried on my round in the next street.

no loss to me..

I had a customer take me up on a quote made 3 years ago, last November. It was for £28, I revisited and reqoted her a revised price of £32. She accepted, and confessed that she thought I was too expensive, so she went with someone else who didn't bother starting the job, then another window cleaner who used to leave fAg buts in her garden and just stopped coming after 8 months and she was going to try another guy but found my quote slip tucked under the microwave. Lol
