A little expert guidance would be appreciated, I have been asked to quote for the cleaning of 33,000 sq ft of concrete flooring in a ware house, the floor does vary from area to area ie. some still has old concrete paint etc in small area,s , some areas are rough texture and others smoother.
Basically they want a number of options, from a deep clean to grinding, all the other options in between, sealing with various types of sealers and even a quote for concrete paint, pressure washing is not an option.
I was also thinking along the lines of honing powders as and option!!!
Hiring a sit on machine isn't out of the question and would prob be the best option in the long term .
They also want a quote for maintenance clean , again varying options.
The warehouse holds food products.
I do other work for them so really need to try and help in the options available to them and differences in prices
Any suggestions, price structures welcome.

Call me re-Diamabrush for a scrubber dryer.
It may well be the answer as you can buy the tooling for use with the hire machines.
They can potentially do everything from paint/adhesive removal, deep cleaning to polishing.

I need a lot more information before I can answer this.
The area itself is just over 3000M2. I have machines that can deal with a work rate of around a 100M2 per hour so it is potentially 30 hours work per grade. We need to know what they ideally want the floor to look like when finished and why they even want it coated at all. I would just grind it, hone it, densify and polish it and it would look a million dollars. It requires an on site meeting really and two or three test areas to show them what can be done. Then they just need to make up their minds what they want. The food issue is no problem as all our sealers and densifiers meet the regulations. If you need further help either call me or e mail me 07770 598855 or tilinglogistics@hotmail.com.
