I run my own cleaning company that offer EOT, Carpet Cleaning & I want to start breaking into more contract cleaning but sometimes I can't see the wood for the tree's.
In a very short spell we've won a few national contracts, a major contract with a massive home builder but that's all come from targeted marketing/sales in verticals, a little luck & persistence.
Being Midlands based I don't expect to see any offers from anyone in my own area but i'm willing to commute.
I have a lot of sales/account management experience (15 years in high value IT/telecoms), i'm pretty intuitive but I need a little guidance.
What I can offer in return is a lot of thanks/appreciation but also some of my own time/resources to help market your own area.
I'm open to how it could work, it could be just a little guidance of which id thank you for wholeheartedly or it could develop into something else, who knows.
