Title: Indian sandstone
Post by: SteveAllan on April 08, 2014, 06:22:09 pm
Why o why do some people insist on using slate seal on Indian sandstone. Called to do a demo, I cleaned and applied some enrich and seal on a small patch, nah don't like that she says, I want it shiny  >:(
Bloody frustrating, we do our training so we can give our customers an expert opinion and it falls on deaf ears. A topical it is then  ???

Steve

Don't get frustrated.  Customers are just customers.  They want what they want in their heads.  They lie there in bed and imagine what it could look like in La La Land and all you have to do is turn their imagination into reality ;D ;D ;D

So a beautiful stone like Indian Sandstone that should have a Premium quality impregnating enhancing MVT sealer so all the natural beauty is brought out,  gets maximum protection and remains breathable on it.

But they know best  so the slap LSS on so it looks plasticky and shiny.  Walk away and leave them to it!

Miracle 511 Seal & Enhance if they want the colour enriched or Miracle 511 porous plus if they don't.
