I tried with normal hoovering for ages but it is not coming off. what can I do?

Stiff brush should do it I'd imagine.
Ive used blades on car carpets, to get rid of bobbling or dog hairs. Dont think youd need to on this tho.

Hygiene squeegy - or a rubber pet hair rake from the pound shop

Get somebody to help you rub your knees on it..... ;D

I use a white pad on a rotary.

Prespray it so that it all clumps together then hit it with a sebo duo which will clump it up then suck it up a hoover
