Got a letter from my mate David Cameron. Didn't know he held me in such high esteem!

Have you got one?

I didn't get one   :-\

I must be a pleb, unworthy of any attention by the elite trust-fund toffs who run this country.

What did it say?

(Did it say "please don't vote for UKIP in the european elections, because they're probably going to win them and that will make a TV election debate awkward for me")

Glad I didn't chuck it without reading it - apparently if you employ anyone you get £2000 off of their NIC contributions this tax year.

So my employee pays tax and N.I.
I also pay N.I. as the employer's contribution.

So if I pay DTM £1500 then I pay about £100 plus per month over and above his wages.

So I don't have to pay up to £2k. I will save about £1400. If I had more employees then I'd get the full £2k as long as their N.I. added up to that.
