Hi
how do you track customers that have different email addresses do you just email the address recived on Gocardless and ask them to confirm their door number & postcode ect ??? ???
On my dashboard all i can see is name company and email

The system needs work. Yes email them and ask for confirmation of postcode.

Yes found the same out recently ,you would think you would get the address from go careless I also can't believe how easy it is for someone fraudulently take money from peoples accounts with go careless.

Thanks for the replys i will get a draft email sorted ready.
at the moment im only going to use it for slow or late payers, i can't see the point in pushing all my customers from bacs to D/D as bacs is free for me with barclays.

its the same with any person you give direct debit details to over the phone to insurance company's etc its all done the same way anyone can steel from you all they need is your account no sort code.
but dont forget all this is on cheques anyway
