3 storey David Wilson style townhouses I've done with SLX30 and cill brush.
4 storey I've only done on commercial cladding using chemical and telescopic pressure washer lance.
It's hard work...

i have done townhouse with my slx and sill brush .

This is blocks of flats and most of it is three story and i have 23 blocks to do.

i have been planning on buying an extreme 25 with 35 extensions but they are still not in stock.

I was wondering wether to stick with sill brush or try an extreme flocked for the gutters.

Buy a 47' and strip it down?
I haven't used the extreme brush in gutters but I'd reckon it's not as good as the cill.
Longer bristles to reach further up round the gutter when you do the fascia.
Take both to site and see how you get on.
