Title: Horse and cart WFP?
Post by: Geoff on April 05, 2014, 07:50:49 pm
Anyone got any running costs for a horse and cart with WFP setup on the back?  Might be cost effective.

Anyone running a horse these days?  Do you need to MOT a cart?  What about insurance?

If the cart is made from wood, does it need to be lined with anti-water paint?

Only some mild rioting and some old dears kicking off with their zimmer frames as usual.

Anyway, serious question - any windys out there with horse and carts?

And there's the crash testing problem.
How do you crash test a horse system without at least winding the poor nag?  I can't think about it after watching The Grand National.
What about a backpack on a horse?  Not as fat as a jockey.

Maybe what we need is a camel, or a giraffe?  Something with height to reach the upper floors.
