Title: Pure Water for Encap Chemicals
Post by: David Ware on April 05, 2014, 08:03:27 am
Would using pure water for mixing encap chemicals be better or worse. The reason for asking is my son uses WFP system for window cleaning and he is doing more carpet cleaning using encapsulation. Can he use the pure water in his system for mixing encap products and would it be more efficient.

he can certainly use it, but in my experience trying it out, it doesn't make any significant difference to the clean.

Just make sure the water is hot as that does make a difference to the clean

Pure water is better to use with any system as it has had the dissolved minerals removed so is softer.
