can anyone tell me where to get oil for my tm blazer gt,
10/30 nonsynthetic ,ive tried halfords and motorbike shops

If you can't find 10w/30 use a good quality 10w/40 mineral oil instead.

Halfords garden engine is 10w30. Spec as is groundsman 4 stroke which I get from garden centre that services briggs.

Wouldn't worry what Prochem tell you - Briggs who after all make the engine that fires your t/m recommend synthetic 5/30 for best all round performance under all conditions.
However, as you are running into a milder period of the year you can get away with just bog standard SAE 30

Try any decent local motor factors (not Halfrauds), if they're any good they'll stock it, and be cheaper than the big sheds.
