Title: Commercial t&c's contract needed

Starting a very large school next week.
Head of facilities is keen not to lose us so wants us to send a contract for them to sign.
This is new to me but happy to do it as it means we a sure of the job for a few years.

Does anyone have something I could use as a template please.
