What size shnozzles do you use on 21lts machine whirlaway!?
Mine is set for 15ltr machine, I think 2525's
-
2 x 03's. 15 Degrees or 25 it's up to you.
-
most arms are 1/4" but mossies are 1/8"
-
Thanks blast away !
-
Carl, you always get overlooked ;D
-
Thanks you very much Carl ;D

Lee, Carl , I have just upgraded my pump today 21LPM 200 bar , it has 15035 on the mossie . Would i be better off with less spray angle on the nozzle ? Thankyou in advance Ed

Your already on 15*....and the holes too big. Buy lechler nozzles ...the cheap one wear out too quick and you loose pressure. Change nozzles every three months ...unless you do as much pressure washing as me...then you can change them every three years.

Im thinking of trying 25 degree nozzles in my whirlaway when i change em next.
Always used 15's

You want 2 x 03's really. With 2 x 035's you're loosing a little pressure to start with but allowing all flow though. With 2 x 03's you're forcing about 19-20 lpm flow through so more pressure which will blow your nozzles gradually until the 21lpm goes through.
Think of having duel suction inlets on either side of the pump, it's been proven that a 202 pump doesn't really draw 21lpm anyway from one suction inlet. We did it on ours and on a 30lpm pump.

Sorry Lee, its a " 21" i have also a "12" and that is not my manhood !! Ed

How long have the nozzles been in ?
You are possibly only running about 165 bar thats near 20% down on power.

11hp Honda

They have just gone in today Chris so not tried them with the new pump.
Lee, Damian (Q services) put me a double inlet feed on for the 202 pump on GX390 . Youtube his conversion !
Not mechanical minded Lee so guess you would do your own. Ed

You need 13/14hp to make that pump work properly.

Right, as for nozzles, in peoples experience, are 15 degree nozzles better in a whirl/mossy or do you guys use 25 degree?
-
I change mine when I start the job depending on the surface / soiling. !5's clean better but slower but the 25's allow you to walk faster. I have a 21 mossie and I use 35's because i want the flow over pressure but I regularly change them.

Are you talking Degrees there? or opening size?

Rather than creating another thread, would someone be able to recommend nozzles for a 15lpm 200bar machine on a 21" mosmatic?
Many thanks
