Heavy duty combi ladder .Ideal for gutter ,conservatory or roof cleaning. Complete with stand off . One ladder does all. Well used ,few dents and bruises....but works perfect. £75 ...yes you can buy new ones for this price...cheap rubbish! These are very heavy duy.

No to the ladder ...it's cheap at £75.
