I was subbing one of these from a company until a few weeks ago.  I was doing it for about 3 years but then the contract moved to another company so I lost it too.  It seemed a bit hush hush regarding who the new contractor was.  Pity as I would have contacted them (maybe that's what they wanted to avoid though - people contacting them).
